Our Team
Our Managing Director, Rosa, holds a Master’s in Geology and brings over 14 years of experience supporting businesses in the UK, Finland, and Portugal. Her background spans geotechnical, geological, and environmental disciplines, with a focus on research geology utilizing 3D modeling and a range of microscopy techniques for petrological studies.
In the UK, Rosa has extensive experience in soil-rock testing, vertical and horizontal logging, and geotechnical site supervision. She excels in supervising and managing drilling, grouting, and nailing activities, as well as executing complex remedial works. Her previous roles within Geo-Environmental Teams involved cost control and pricing, client management, and project planning to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Rosa’s well-organized and professional approach has been a cornerstone of her career in the construction industry. As a self-employed consultant, she is keen to leverage her strong project management skills, organizational expertise, and enthusiasm for networking to forge new business connections and collaborate on diverse projects.
Her ability to navigate various cultural environments and fluency in multiple languages enhance her effectiveness in global settings. Rosa is passionate about breaking barriers and leading in a traditionally male-dominated industry, continuously striving for success and excellence in her field.
